JEDDAH: My Care Hala will clash with Dopco Stars in the MoneyGram Premier League final. In the semifinals, MCH made short work of Al Saudi XI by 116 runs while in the other encounter Dopco Stars got the better of AOT by five wickets, in Western Province Cricket Association-organized tournament, held under the aegis of the Saudi Cricket Center.

In the Afternoon League last four stage matches, Zultrack surprised Nestle by eight wickets while Al Safri routed Hala International School by seven wickets.

In the Moring League semis, My Care Hala (Green) ousts Crown Blue by four wickets. In the other encounter ALJ Toyota downed Al Mazroi by seven wickets.

My Care Hala and My Care Hala (Geen) are the only two unbeaten teams in the tournament.

In the first semis, My Care Hala amassed 231 for 8 against Al Saudi. Kashif Shafeeq top-scored with 74 runs followed by Qamar Abbas (66) and Moazzam Shoukat (26). Mazher Abbasi, Adil and Aseer Ashraf bagged two wickets each. Al Saudi XI succumbed under pressure and were bowled out for 114. Mazher was their highest scorer with 22 runs. Adnan, Hussain Bhatti and Tariq Mehmood shared six wickets.

In the second match AOT put on board 193 for 7. Thanks to Qaiser Lateef’s 56 off 17 balls. At one stage they were struggling at 62 for 5 after 10 overs. Ajmal Khan was the main wicket taker with 3 for 25. Shoaib Ali got 2. Dopco Stars chased well and scored 196 for 5, which came off 117 balls. Shahbaz Rasheed smashed 78 off 42 balls and Nadeem got 33. The duo added 114 runs off 48 balls for opening wicket. Tahir bagged 2 wickets.

In the Afternoon semis, Nestle Milo posted 185 for 5. Awais (42), Faiyyaz (40) and Azeem (28 not out) were the main run getters. Zultrack successfully chased down the winning target and scored 188 for 2. Umar Mukhtar slammed an unbeaten 76 while Usman Gulab got 66 off 31 balls. The two stitched together 121 runs for the first opening wicket.

In the other Semi Hala International School put on board 152 for 7. Hamed scored an unbeaten 50 runs while Mohsin Mirza got 29. Waseeq Sherwani took 2 wkts. Al Safri chased the target and scored 153 for 3. Mohammed Amer Zahoor was unbeaten on 71. Aftab Malik supported him with 22.

In the Morning League, Crown Blue scored 179 for 9 against MCH (Green) Anwaar Chand stroked 56 off 23 balls and Salim Mehar got 49 runs. Nabeel bowled devastatingly spell to grab 5 for 21. Umar got 2 wickets. My Care Hala Green reached the victory target for the loss of six wickets, which came off 105 balls. Zameer got 54 runs and Noor Butt 39. Saqib Butt and Zahoor bagged 2 wickets each.

In the other pre-final, Al Mazroi XI, who opted to bat were restricted to 140. Naveed grabbed 3 for 27. Tanveer Zamane and Bilal chipped in with two each. Farooq top-scored with 53. ALJ Toyota achieved 143 for 3 off 103 balls. Imran Rana was unbeaten on 37, Farhan 38 not out and Tanveer Zamane 25.
