Favorites MHA and Pak Young will clash in the finals of the Jotun League Morning Session which is sponsored by Jotun Saudi Arabia and organized by JCA.

In the semifinal matches, MHA and Pak Young scored identical 6 wickets wins over their opponents Al Khulais and Reel & Rom respectively.

MHA beat Al Khulais by 6 wickets

Al Khulais, batting first against defending champions MHA, were bundled out for 171. Adnan 35 off 11 balls with 8 fours and Zahoor 25 off 10 balls inclusive of 2 fours and 2 sixes were the only batsmen to bat with authority and were supported by Butt (17), Irshad (17) and Ashfaq (17). Zia was the most dangerous bowler taking 4 for 13 while Zakir and Riaz chipped in with 2 wickets each for 24 and 6 runs respectively. In reply, MHA raced to victory scoring 172 for 4 wickets. Abdul Wahid played a scintillating innings thrashing the bowlers to all corners of the ground. He was unlucky not to reach his century and was dismissed for a superb 97 of 29 balls which was studded with 8 fours and 10 soaring sixes. Khalid gave him good support scoring 45 of 26 balls (fours, 4 sixes). Asghar bowled well with figures of 2 for 4 and Ateeq took 1 for 25 as MHA romped home by 6 wickets to enter their second consecutive finals of 2014.

Pak Young beat Reel & Rom by 6 wickets

Reel & Rom batted first and scored 218 runs for 5 wickets. Afridi scored a brilliant 113 of 53 balls packed with 10 well timed fours and 5 huge sixes. Irfan 29 (4 fours) and Waqas 32 (4 fours) were the other notable contributors. Fazal Khattak, Yasir, Zain Afridi and Tahir had one wicket each for 37, 46, 32, 52 and 17 runs respectively. In reply, Pak Young made short work of a big total as they comfortably overhauled the target of 220 for 4 wickets. Tahir gave them a solid start as he compiled a quick-fire 75 of only 35 balls with 13 fours and a six. Zafar 42 of 23 balls (2 fours, 3 sixes), Azmat 23 (3 fours and a 1 six), Manzar 29 of 17 balls (2 fours, 1 six) and Yahiya 20 of 10 balls (2 fours and 1 six) were the others to join the winning bandwagon as Pak Young triumphed by 6 wickets to win the match and enter the finals of the Jotun League where will meet MHA.

12th week match:

MHA beat KAIA by 3 wickets:

In the 12th week match, KAIA, batting first, scored 170 runs all out. Ahsan made 90 runs of 47 balls, Bilal 11 and none of the remaining batsmen from KAIA reached double figures. Zia took 4 for 22, while Usman had 2 for 3. MHA, in reply , reached their target 171 for 7 wickets and won the match by three wickets, Shad Mohammad Khan scored 31 (3x6 & 2x4), Abdul Rahman 25 (3x4 & 1x6) and Sajid 35 (5x4 & 1x6). Majid took 2 for 29 & Goshi had 2 for 29 for KAIA.
