JEDDAH: Mohammad Harasani Associated (MHA) will take on ARM to decide the Jeddah Cricket Association MoneyGram Twenty20 champions in the final, which will be played today. The winner will represent JCA in the Champions League.

MHA the Morning League Division-I champions eased past ICAD, the Afternoon League Division-II winners by 62 runs and qualified for the final, which will be held today.

MHA elected to bat after they won the toss and put up a total of 246 for 7 in the allotted 20 overs. The inform Abdul Ghafoor scored 96 runs off 42 balls, which included 10 boundaries and half a dozen sixes. His opening partner and captain Shad Mohammad Khan equally displayed his batting abilities and made 46 runs. The other batsman who impressed was Hazrat Ali who contributed 56 runs.

Mohsin 2 for 31, Irfan 2 for 25 and Faraz 2 for 27 were the wicket takers.

In reply ICAD could only score 184 for 8. Mohsin (35), Irfan (56), Faraz (20) were among the runs. Shad Mohammad Khan 2 for 23, Adil 2 for 19, Riaz 2 for 35 and Zakir 1 for 26 were instrumental in their team’s victory.

Twenty four teams took part in the Premier Division, which included ARM, Micro Engineering, Mazco, Pakistan Green, ACE Travel, Tamer, Dessert Warriors and Hyderabad Green. Butt Sports, Al Khulais, Reel & Rom, Pak Young, MHA, Al Boroj, KAIA, Al Gudaid and Saliheen were the prominent outfits in the Division I Morning League while in the Division-II Afternoon League Munch Bakery, Peeran-XI, Peeran Warriors, ICAD, Ktaykit, Jamco and Old Students.
