Rabya of Richard Sotto won against Viagra Naghi 48-46 in the 2012 JBL Invitational Basketball Tournament at Bin Mahfouz court here .

Rabya almost lost the game but Sotto’s last free throw shot made the difference. Lico and Reyes each scored 11 points for Rabya and were adjudged as the Giordano Best Players of the game while Baniel led Viagra Naghi with 12 points.

Valle top-scored with 15 points for Erfan Hospital and was adjudged as the Arab News Best Player of the game while Flora scored 18 points for Saudia Avaition.

Jeddah Dawah Center of Baba Ahmed Peradilla defeated Jeddah Rockers 85-79 in overtime. Jeddah Rockers lost their scorers in the overtime period to foul trouble. JDC took advantage using its running game. Morhab had 24 points for JDC and was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game while Jason Villanueva scored 26 points for Jeddah Rockers.

STC Terabytes beat Red Sea Pirates 82-69. STC Terabytes displayed good team work to defuse the defense of Red Sea Pirates in the last quarter. Sonny Sorreta scored 17 points and was adjudged as the Saudi Sign Best Player of the game while Dorado led Red Sea Pirates with 17 points.

Al Muhaidib of playing coach Pablo Viscayno defeated Red Hot Guys 76-65 for its fourth straight win. Pablo, who top-scored with 18 points, and Ramos with 17 points, were adjudged as Wael Sports Best Players of the game while Paragas scored 21 points for Red Hot Guys.

Saudi Diyar Consultants of coach Jeffrey Esperanza beat Marriott Jeddah Hotel 70-69. Scores tossed back and forth in the whole game. Marriott almost won the game but a crucial error in the end game gave Saudi Diyar its fourth straight win. Sanchez scored 16 points for Saudi Diyar and was adjudged as TFC Best Player of the game while Samson and Creencia each scored 15 points for Marriott Hotel.

Meanwhile, in the Inter-MY Naghi Division, Fuddruckers of Elmer delos Santos and Herman Cara will try to defend its championship trophy against Tike Restaurant of Reynaldo Martos, Hyundai of Dennis Elmenzo and Nap Solis, Chilli’s of Nino Alfredo Villas, BMW of Rommel Jugo and United Naghi of Dante Caraan.
