RTJ Transient House was back in the limelight after a gap of two weeks, clinching a Team of the Week and ladies Bowler of the Week double in the 10th session of the OFBC Friday Morning League Season 2 at the Ice Land Bowling Center here.

In winning is fifth award RTJ had total win points of 26 after beating Mixed Shots 18-2 on total pinfalls of 2,711-2,611 and rank points of 8-6.

This match produced the week’s individual awardees in men’s Bowler of the Week Vic Gonzales of Mixed Shots and his counterpart from the distaff side, Kristhea Mae Busico, who won her third BOW plum.

Gonzales scored 552 and Busico had 566.

TSFJ Pin Crusher had a chance to clinch honors against the bye team but ended up only as second best with 25 total win points. TSFJ totalled 2,547 pinfalls that was worth only 5 rank points to hurt its bid despite getting an automatic 20 match points.

The previous week honoree D’ Luf’s Strikers and D’ Cyclone 2 both scored easy victories, against Pairs & Spares 20-0 and American Garden 16-4.

Along with Busico, Malou Nidoy, team captain Rudy “RJ” Jamon and Ed Cordova drilled full games of 541, 528 and 496 while Richard Junio added 167-215 and Joel Nidoy 168.

For TSFJ it was the duo of Fuly S. Primo and Rico Parcon that stood out on 552 and 506 with Mildred Florentino on 498, Jayme Lugue 121-127, Jhun Ejanda 105-142 and Allan Salamanes 165.

Cyclone 2 which had 23 points for the session like Luf’s drew 529 from Thong Langa, 527 from Bash Langa and 507 from Fatima Jintarat.
