In its first week back after the break the Alyoum-FBGR Tuesday Bowling League 12th Conference had UBC Family and Dee Urbano winning the Best Team of the Week and Best Bowler of the Week awards for the 12th session at the Universal Bowling Center here.

Alyoum sponsored the tournament under the auspices of Filipino Bowling Group of Riyadh (FBGR).

Mentored by Lulu Quejada, UBC Family took advantage of the no-show by Almarai CPP Team for an automatic 25-0 shutout victory.

HRH MS led UBC by scoring 869 with support from Celis Viloria 857, Mohamad Al-Mashi 827, Rodel Maranca 818 and Dennis Gabriel 692 points.

In another encounter, Alyoum team of Emerson Mitra shut out Minions with a blind player 4-0 for a 22-9 points victory.

Fhel Ramos top-scored for Alyoum on 840 followed by Joel Batolina 842, Doy Del Moral 825 and Jun Daniel 730 while Mitra and Alex Armada added 325 and 306 points.

Despite the defeat Minions found a reason to celebrate when their lady ace bowler Urbano rolled 899 points to pocket the individual award. Shawn Ricketts had 817, Jau Urbano 752 and Koko Torres 714 for Minions

IBG Storm mentored by Ric Singson demolished Tsamba Bowlers of Abdulrahman Ahmed 13-5. Top scorer was Ric Singson 776 with Fathi Abdulaziz on 763, Ian Choco 728, Thong Asuncion 654 and Freddie Santiago 541. Abdulrahman Ahmed spearheaded the losing team with 711 followed by Jobert Pomado 710, Zaldy Torres 688, Rasheed Rasheidan 671 and Marvin Arocena 668.

In another match, Breakers of Shakur Kamlian upset UFTBR Selection mentored by Armin Isles 16-14. The leading scorer of the winning team was Frank Ranera 807. Ramon Chua 774, Joelito Santillan 763, Butch Espinosa 757 and Rey Bautista 714 followed in that order. Kamlain carded 150 in one game played. For UFTBR the scorers were Fernie Ballano 848, Ernee Noto 821, Stephen Solomon 735, Ray Bautista 714 and Art Palustre.

In other matches, Enigma Strikers mentored by Bandar Al-Marshad edged EPO-L captained by Lope Ramirez 12-10, T3S Warrior of Nelson Devera won over Dabarkads of Charlie Cheng 15-5 and TGIT Genesis piloted by Rollie Cleofe blanked Die Hard 5 mentored by Ric Uruttia Jr. 4-0 (21-7).
