IISR kids celebrate sports day

Indian International School Riyadh (IISR) Boys section I-V held their 30th sports meet last week at the school ground.
The dignitaries present on the occasion were Riyadh Police General, Ali Saad, SABB General Manager, Naser Ali Khan, Managing committee members, Firoz Rehman, Aqeel Shaikh, Nusrat Ahmed, Principal, Dr. Shoukat Parvez, Vice Principal of Girls, Asma Shah, Vice Principal of Boys, Meera Rahman and other school officials.
The inauguration program began with the guard of honor escorted by the house captains.
The program began with the lighting of the torch, flying of balloons and pigeons.
The ground looked colorful with march past by the four houses (Batman, Ben 10, Spiderman and Superman)
Later the program was followed by many events like the relay race and display of physical drill in the form of dragon dance, rainbow drill and tree drills.
Participants presented impressive mind blowing performances. Medals were awarded to the winners of athletic events.
