The Lebanese American University (LAU) has collaborated with ArtScoopson for LAU’s first online art auction, titled LAU ArtsRising. The auction features a wide range of artwork by several renowned Lebanese and international artists and will be orchestrated from Feb. 18- March 1.
Chaouki Chamoun

The Lebanese artist has had over forty solo shows since 1975 as well as group exhibitions in New York, Beirut and other cities in the US, Europe, Hong Kong and the Arab World. He is gifting his painting “Land and Mountain of Peace” to the auction.
Mona Hatoum

Born in Beirut, Hatoum’s work comprises a diverse range of media, including installation, sculpture, video, photography and works on paper. She is auctioning off a sculpture made out of two white teacups.
Hanibal Srouji

The artist is known for his surface paintings. His artwork “The Cage” is up for grabs at the upcoming auction.
Rana Raouda

The renowned Lebanese artist is auctioning off her abstract painting “Love Nests.”
Zeina Barakeh

The Palestinian-Lebanese artist’s work is rooted in her experiences of growing up in Beirut during periods of conflict. Art lovers have the chance to purchase her print “Homeland Insecurity Manual.”
Lydia Moawad

Considered as one of the most renowned contemporary Lebanese painters, Moawad has gifted her painting “Against All Odds” to the auction.
