A special attraction at the ongoing Madinah Summer Festival is the corner for productive families. It displays various kinds of handicrafts manufactured by women in the region.

Assistant Undersecretary at the Madinah Governorate Muhammad Saif visited the festival on Wednesday.

The venues of the festival, which will conclude on July 3, are the King Fahd Central Garden and Exhibitions Ground at the Horse Race Course.

Organized by the Madinah Municipality, it is run under the supervision of the governorate and with the cooperation of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities.

The aim is to offer entertainment to all sections of people. It also provides some monetary benefits for the participants.

Children have been flocking to the playground where there are facilities for them to play and enjoy. Junior sniper and the reptile display are also other items in the section.

At the children’s theater, children welcome visitors with patriotic songs Young visitors are particularly attracted by the stunt driving feats displayed at the racecourse.

Various forms of folk songs and dances are presented at another section, where poets and singers of folk song are participating.
