Nintendo party in Riyadh major draw

Nintendo 3DS, the Nintendo Store in Riyadh, hosted an exciting night for their fans.
Due to release on May 20, Mario Tennis Open follows a long history of tennis titles released on a variety of Nintendo platforms.
The first Mario tennis game appeared on the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) in 1985, and 14 Tennis games have since followed through the years.
This time, however, it will be revolutionary, as Mario Tennis Open will be available on the 3DS, in full 3D.
Players can experience 3D without the need of special glasses, because of the advanced screen used in the handheld device.
May 20 also marks the release of a brand new color for the Nintendo 3DS, midnight purple.
It joins other existing colors including Aqua Blue, Flame Red, Pearl Pink, and Cosmo Black.
“The warm-up party was attended by gamers who heard about the event from the popular gaming forum, true-gaming.net, who also helped organize the event” Marketing Excutive Fayez Iqbal Aid.
“It is great to see gamers come together in a public place, and celebrate their common interests.”
The Nintendo Store in Faisaliah Center opened 3 years ago and is the only Nintendo Store in the Middle East.
Mario Tennis Open and Nintendo 3DS Midnight Purple will be available for purchase at stores across Saudi Arabia on May 20.
