JEDDAH, 29 January — Hilton HHonors, Hilton’s frequent guest program, was recently awarded the Hermes award in Paris, which recognizes excellence and exemplary initiative in the worldwide hospitality industry, for best customer loyalty program. The second annual Hermes award received over 130 entries from some of the world’s top hotel chains vying for 16 coveted awards. HHonors was rated No. 1 for the best customer loyalty program beating six other hotel loyalty programs from international hotel groups such as Starwood and Marriott. “Winning this award is a testament to the tremendous success of HHonors both globally and locally. This is also reflected in our high Middle East enrolment figures which have increased by 87 percent in the past year,” said Stuart Walsh, HHonors marketing communications manager, Middle East. HHonors is one of the world’s most comprehensive frequent guest programs with over 2,100 participating hotels and has partnerships with international airline and car rental and cruise companies. Guests are rewarded for their loyalty with gifts and advantages. “The exclusive DD formula is unique to Hilton worldwide and is great news for frequent travelers.” Stuart added.
