JEDDAH, 29 March - Al Ahli managed a 1-1 draw against Al Shola in a tough King’s Cup soccer match last night.
Ahli were kept in check by a strong Shola defense and managed to hold on to a 1-1 draw.
Also last night, in Unaizah, Al Najma defeated Al Riyadh 2-1 in another match of the tournament.
In Makkah, bottom-placed Al Wahda were in good touch as they defeated Al Ansar 1-0. Despite their win they remain at bottom on inferior goal difference.
Al Ahli remained on fourth spot with 39 points from 20 matches. Al Najma are in seventh spot with 25 points from 22 matches.
