JEDDAH, 12 January 2003 — Prince Faisal ibn Salman, chairman of the board of directors of Saudi Research & Marketing Group (SRMG), has expressed his personal gratitude to Yasser Al-Dabbagh, former managing director of the Saudi Research & Publishing Company, for his service.
The chairman said that the services of Al-Dabbagh’s had been hugely beneficial to the development of the company and its many publications.
Prince Faisal also referred to plans by the board of SRMG to restructure the whole group by disbanding all the other boards of directors at its affiliated companies. Only the SRMG board will be retained.
Al-Dabbagh held a number of leading positions in the Saudi Research & Publishing Company, the last being director general of Saudi-British Company in London and managing director of SRPC.
