RIYADH, 3 April 2003 — Saudi Arabia is losing more than SR20 billion a year because of product dumping by foreign companies, according to a report by the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consultancy (GOIC). Al-Riyadh newspaper said GOIC wanted the Gulf countries to find a practical solution to product dumping because it was harming the region’s industrial sector. GOIC urged the Gulf states to work together to solve the problem by adopting a new law to fight product dumping.
