JEDDAH, 13 April 2003 — The special observation committee in cooperation with the police arrested 14 overstayers in the central fish market for selling rotten fish. Police confiscated 317 kilos of rotten fish from the overstayers who entered the market posing as legal workers, Al-Madinah reported.
