RIYADH, 20 April 2003 — Two families, traveling in southern Saudi Arabia in the same vehicle, were killed in a collision with a fuel tanker, Okaz newspaper reported yesterday. Eight Sudanese and four Egyptians died in the smash on Thursday on the road to Abha in the southern Asir province, the daily said.
The Sudanese couple, their three sons and three daughters and the Egyptian couple, their daughter and son, were killed when the Indian driver of a fuel tanker lost control.
