JEDDAH, 2 March 2005 — An old man who has had a commercial turn of mind since childhood, thought that the municipal elections was related to the stock market. When he heard about the municipal elections, he went to the municipal council to purchase some of the stock and asked one of the employees to sell him some. The employee explained to him that buying stocks had nothing to do with the elections; all what they wanted from him was to register and vote. The prospective investor left disappointed and still convinced he had lost a chance of a good bit of business.
