JEDDAH, 6 March 2005 — The annual day of KG section of International Indian School-Jeddah was celebrated recently. The chief guest was Farha Sayeed, wife of Indian Consul General Dr. Ausaf Sayeed. Headmistress Ayesha Rafai welcomed the guests and Principal E.K Shaffe presented the annual report. Dr. Mirza Riyaz Baig, member of the school management committee, addressed the gathering. 300 participants staged a cultural program. The lower KG displayed a combination of dances of different Indian states in “Unity in diversity.” Tapping the enormous talent is the motive behind this program, said the headmistress. The upper KG students endeavored to offer items with a pragmatic approach. Dances, musical skits and action songs formed part of the program.
