RIYADH, 24 December 2005 — Mobily has launched new methods of payment for prepaid and postpaid cards. Customers can now make their payments through the 3,441 ATM machines and 491 bank branches in the Kingdom.
“The number of bank branches that serve Mobily clients will increase to 1,082 very soon. This is in addition to phone banking and internet banking, which reaches virtually everyone around the world,” said Thamer Al-Hosani, Mobily’s chief financial officer.
Customers can also recharge their mobiles and pay bills by logging into their accounts on the banks’ website. They can recharge up to SR500 anywhere in the world. Al-Hosani said Mobily would soon allow customers to use credit cards for making payments.
