JEDDAH, 25 December 2005 — A young boy ran after a female nurse to inject her with a needle he took from her after she gave him an injection, Al-Madinah daily reported. The nurse and the boy’s father restrained him while the injection was given. Afterward, the boy grabbed the needle and went after the nurse. A chase ensued down the hospital hallways, but the boy failed in his attempt to inflict vengeance. The nurse was quoted as saying that she is used to such treatment, especially from children who are afraid of needles.
