MADINAH, 31 December 2005 — A restaurant owner here was fined SR2,200 after a customer discovered a roach cooked into his meal, the Okaz daily reported. Officials of the health department were called and imposed a fine and a warning that the restaurant could be closed if it didn’t clean up its act.
