ASFAN, 15 January 2006 — A number of hunters here have adopted modern technology to help them in what is truly the world’s oldest profession, Al-Madinah daily reported yesterday. Shepherds have been told they will receive monetary compensation if their tips via mobile phones result in a kill. Hunters told the paper that this is a time-saving measure.
