JEDDAH, 8 June 2007 — Samaco offered a test drive of the latest Porsche Cayenne to racing enthusiasts at the Jeddah Raceway (JRW) over the weekend.
More than 100 Porsche fans and media representatives were present to witness the entire Porsche Cayenne range, which included the Turbo S 600 model. More than 50 of them got the opportunity to test drive the Cayenne’s various models on the JRW track.
The event complements AlQuma event which attracted more than 1,000 spectators at Durrat Al Arus nearly two months ago amid a great and spectacular show for the launch of the second generation of New Porsche Cayenne’s different models with latest technologies, especially the engines with better capacity and power than its predecessors. In addition to two new systems, applied for the first time, were the direct fuel injection and the Vario Cam Plus for alternate control of the valves.
“This success is a real indication of Porsche Cayenne’s stature in the Kingdom and the desire to own one of the most luxurious 4x4 in the world with elegant design and exclusive technical specifications, and with unlimited capabilities,” a Porsche executive told the media.
