In my opinion a combination of training courses and vocational programs in English, computers and administrative work should be offered to the unemployed. Secondly, women should be employed in companies supported by Human Resources Development Fund to pay their wages. After completion of training they could be hired in those companies.
Another solution, albeit costly, is to send more women overseas to study English and encourage them to study in fields that are needed by the job market. University graduates should comply with market requirements. One year before graduation, a student should be employed in a company in order for him or her to gain practical experience.
