- JEDDAH: Banks in the Kingdom will be closed for Eid Al-Fitr holidays from Thursday, Aug.
- 25, the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) said in a statement.
“All banks will reopen after the Eid holidays on Saturday, Sept. 3,” SAMA said.
However, the agency urged banks to ensure some of their branches in the border and other highly populated areas are kept open to serve clients during the Eid break.
According to Labor Ministry instructions, all private institutions should give at least four days’ holiday for Eid.
