Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company has announced an agreement with Abdullah Fouad Holding Company (auction division) to conduct an auction of its surplus equipment, according to Tadawul website. The auction will be held during Dec. 24-26 at Al-Khodari yard in Dammam.

This is part of the company's annual plan to upgrade its plant and equipment it signed on Saturday.

The company expects the auction to have a positive impact on Q4, 2013 financial results.

The company says it will announce the results of the auction upon its completion.
