JEDDAH: Flynas has announced the appointment of Mohammad Hassan Basudan to the position of director of sales in Saudi Arabia.

Basudan moves into the role from his previous position as regional director of Sales in the Western Region which he has occupied since 2011.

The position additionally saw him oversee the regional sales offices in Jordan and Sudan in 2014.

The appointment underscores flynas’ policy to support the growing contingent of young, skilled Saudis entering the workforce across a diverse range of industries and aims and to grant these young nationals the opportunity to occupy decision-making positions that can steer the course of the company’s future, according to a press release.

Basodan holds an MBA from the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
