Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, has announced the company’s financial results for the first quarter ended March 31.

The company announced net income of SR126 million, an increase of more than 14.8 percent over last year’s first quarter results.

The significant improvements on the operations of KHC’s investments resulting in an increase by 30 percent of income from operations during this quarter compared to that of last year, reflected the remarkable development of the regional and world economies.

Founded in 1980, KHC is a publicly traded company which was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange in 2007.
