Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), received at his office in Riyadh Bassem Abdullah Alagha, Palestinian ambassador to Saudi Arabia, who was accompanied by Munther Saad Aldeen, ambassador’s office manager.

Nahla Nasser Alanbar, private executive assistant to the chairman and Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel, executive assistant to the chairman, also attended the meeting.

The talks began with the ambassador thanking Prince Alwaleed for receiving him.

The two also discussed the economic status and development in Palestine also the suffering of the Palestinian people.

Also during the meeting, the ambassador presented the prince with an invitation to visit Palestine.

The prince expressed his continuous support to the people in need and especially to Palestine.

Prince Alwaleed thanked the ambassador and promised to visit in the near future.

In 2013, Prince Alwaleed received at his office in Riyadh Walid Assaf, minister of Agriculture of the state of Palestine and an accompanying delegation that included Nasser Aljaghoub, undersecretary Palestine’s Agriculture Ministry.

In 2011, Prince Alwaleed received Abdulraheem Mahmoud Jamoos, member of Palestinian National Council.

Prince Alwaleed maintains strong economic ties with Palestine through his investments.

In 2011, Movenpick Ramallah Hotel in Palestine was opened. Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), chaired by Prince Alwaleed owns a 33.3 percent stake in Movenpick Hotels and Resorts that manages the Movenpick Ramallah Hotel.
