A science and art exhibition was recently held at The City School International in which the students put their artistic skills under spotlight. Students’ mothers were invited to view the children’s exhibits and presentations.
PG students displayed collage work on t-shirts whereas pre-juniors entertained everyone with colorful displays of underwater creatures, wild and farm animals and different means of transport.
Grade I had plants, jungle and different seasons as their theme. Grade II showcased tools, different professions and scientific concepts. Girls of Grade 2 were up and about as tour guides to take the visitors on a lifelike tour of the African Safari.
The students of Grade III talked about desert and arctic habitats and showed how animals and plants adapt to survive in different habitats.
The students of Grade IV took their audience out of this world (literally) with the solar system theme.
Grade V lectured the audience on the importance of healthy diet, hygiene and fitness and also demonstrated aerobics.
