The new e-services application provides a variety of functions that include electronic billing, consumption, requesting new connections, transferring ownership, reporting leaks and outages, as well as communication with Marafiq and receiving immediate updates through its advanced messaging platform.
The new e-services application can be accessed through mobile app stores such as IOS and Android. Users can also visit Marafiq.com.sa.
As the first private integrated power and water utility company in the Kingdom, Marafiq finds itself at the spearhead of the national drive to privatize public enterprises that are economically viable and sustainable.
