Supporting the UAE’s digital workforce of the future and digital transformation, 19 young talents have graduated from the SAP Young Professional Program, a digital skill build initiative by the SAP Training and Development Institute.

The virtual graduation was held in the presence of Ernst Peter Fischer, ambassador of Germany to the UAE, and Hafsa Abdullah Mohammed Al-Ulama, ambassador of the UAE to Germany.

During the two-month program, recent university graduates gained technical and soft skills to become SAP Associate Consultants. More than 99 percent of program graduates across 24 countries have successfully been placed into careers.

The SAP Young Professional program is a free-of-charge initiative for unemployed and underemployed youths to give them globally recognized associate-level SAP certifications as well as soft skills to begin a career as an associate consultant at SAP.
