CPC honored for supporting expo

Prince Mansour bin Mutaib, minister of municipal and rural affairs, has honored Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) for its support and contribution to the success of the Saudi Exhibition and Symposium for Building Industries and Technology themed Distinguished Projects during the era of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah held recently in Jeddah.
Faysal Alaquil, CPC’s director of business development and head of corporate social responsibility, said: “In recognition of the importance of the exhibition, the company took the initiative to sponsor the event based on the company’s belief in its role in highlighting those projects and their importance for the development and prosperity of Saudi Arabia.”
He added: “The importance of the exhibition was evident from the participation of over 100 government bodies and local and international companies involved in construction projects.”
Alaquil assured that the distinctive projects during the era of King Abdullah reflect the Kingdom’s highest economic position and its orientation to enhance investments in public utilities and infrastructure to meet the needs of booming construction sector.
Alaquil received the honorary plaque at the special ceremony and thanked Prince Mansour for honoring CPC and his visit to the CPC stand to overview its present and future projects.
