Islamic Development Bank cricket league takes off

The fourth Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Cricket League, organized by the Social and cultural forum of IDB, took off this week at Qasr Alkhuzzam in Hidavia district and will continue for the next eight weeks. The 16-over final will be played on Feb. 27. The matches will be played on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s.
The league stage will be a 10-over match, quarterfinals 12 overs and semifinals 14 overs.
The five teams taking part in this league include: IDB Green, ICIEC (Iqbal Abdul Qadir, manager; Zeeshan Iqbal, captain); IDB Red, ICD (Hussein Bahij, manager; Asif Mahmoud, captain); IDB Blue, ITD (Abdul Rehman Hussain, manager; Muzammil Riyaz, captain); IDB white, (Zafar Iqbal, manager; Mohammed Asheque Moyed; captain); IDB Orange (Atif Saab, manager, Saddiq Zafar; captain).
