Nasair, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, announced the first winner of Chevrolet Spark car for its Ramadan Facebook competition, offered in partnership with Universal Motors Agencies (UMA). The prize ceremony was held at UMA showroom in Riyadh attended by nasair's Sales Director Fazal Mohammed, Interactive Marketing Director Akram Husain, Senior Sales Manager Mohammed Al-Rajeh, and Hisham Khartabil, special advisor to chairman and CEO and dealership director for Riyadh for UMA.
Khartabil, Husain and Al-Rajeh congratulated the winner, Abdurrahman Al-Askar, and wished him safe and joyful trips.
Francois Bouteiller, nasair's CEO, stated that nasair Facebook page is one of the fastest growing fan pages for a brand in the Middle East and has over 300,000 fans. In the giving spirit of Ramadan, nasair hosted this competition on its Facebook page, giving away 30 roundtrip flights across its network, and 3 Chevrolet Spark cars offered by Universal Motors Agencies, the authorized dealer for Chevrolet and GMC in Saudi Arabia. He added, BlackBerry Middle East would be providing the latest BlackBerry smart phones for winners.
From his side Waleed Talal Telesani, COO, UMA, expressed his happiness over the joint competition organized with nasair and hoped for more cooperation between the two companies. Telmesani added that UMA recently opened a showroom and service centers in Riyadh, offering the best in class service to its customers. More showrooms and service facilities will be launched shortly in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Taif and Yanbu.
Husain said two more car winner would be announced in the coming days of Ramadan in addition to other prizes, which include tickets to nasair destination & Blackberry smart devices.
