Red Sea Mall back in business

The Red Sea Mall opened their doors for visitors and store owners and employees yesterday morning. Mall management welcomed everyone with chocolates and flowers at the entrance.
The mall had been closed for five days following a fire that began in a restaurant.
Mohammed Alawi, CEO of Red Sea Market Co., told Arab News that they were delighted that they could open the mall yesterday as promised.
“We learned few lessons and experiences with this incident, but I must say that our system and training to staff was for us to create more security and safety for our customers and tenets,” Alawi said. “So we are more prepared and ready to handle such accidents, though the security and fire system, which we installed, is so strong that in future nothing will happened by the will of Allah.”
He also said that they are very happy that work is back to normal. “It encouraged our confidence,” he said. “It shows that we did our homework properly, and people have trust in us, which is very important for any businessman.”
Alawi added: “It was for five days that our team worked day and night and took all safety measures and precautions, thorough maintenance checks and a general cleaning of the mall and we were able to open the doors of the mall for visitors.”
