Riyadh Marriott Hotel has announced the completion of Phase I of its newly renovated rooms, representing one third of the hotel’s total room count.
This follows the recently renovated hotel lobby, the Najd Ballroom, and the opening of signature steak restaurant Terrace Grill.
In an effort to better serve leisure and business travelers, the rooms have been designed to offer the highest levels of comfort and convenience for guests.
Every room has been equipped with a unique jack pack technology which utilizes Picture in Picture (PIP) functionality allowing the guest to watch television and use the TV a laptop monitor at the same time.
The ultra-compatible plug it all in room from Marriott is fully compatible with the way the guest works, plays and get things done.
The guests can check in, then plug in and watch as the room adapts to their own style.
The LCD TV screens in the new rooms are 32” with a swiveling base and IP features.
The Internet has been upgraded with new fiber optic cables allowing super-fast connectivity in every room.
“This renovation provides today’s performance-driven travelers with the most up-to-date and desirable ambiance and amenities that they look for in a hotel when planning their trips,” said Khaldoun Hayajneh, general manager of Riyadh Marriott Hotel.
Riyadh Marriott Hotel offers 391 rooms.
With its Makarim Convention Center consisting of 2 levels “A & B” respectively, it offers 1,074 square meters of space on each level which can be divided into 3 sections with sound proof partition systems.
In total, Riyadh Marriott Hotel offers 22 meeting rooms which can be set up in various styles, accommodating anywhere from 10 to 1,350 people.
There are also 2 magnificent ballrooms with a seating capacity of up to 1,500 guests, 2 large foyer areas for pre-event activities and coffee breaks, as well as state-of-the art audio-visual equipment.
