Saudi fashion designer Naeema Al-Shuhail launched her Spring Summer Collection 2013 on Saturday under the aegis of Princess Haifa bint Faisal, chairperson of the board of Zahra Breast Cancer Association (ZBCA). The exhibition will run until today at the Nakhil District at Wadi Al-Gatara (Villa 1) in Riyadh. The event features a dress and vintage jacket especially designed for ZBCA to support the objectives of the association in spreading awareness about the importance of the early detection of breast cancer.
Al-Shuhail will donate 10 percent of her sales to ZBCA. Through this show, the designer intends to portray an image of the modern Arab woman throughout the years.
In 2006, Al-Shuhail started her own brand. She is keen to support women in general and humanitarian and charitable institutions as part of her social responsibility.
