Rowad program: Zain KSA hones young talent

Zain KSA launched its Rowad Program, an internship program for Saudi university graduates, enabling them to benefit from an intensive training in different skills and self-development in fields such as HR, networking, finance, marketing and IT.
The program provides specialized technical and on-job training for six months in order to grooms young talents and develops their ideas and creativity, while providing them with the practical experiences to develop their skills.
The company set up a number of programs for undergraduates, such as Zain University Development program, Shabab Tamouh, and 4G Engineers, in order to help Saudi youth to learn the technical, leadership and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in their future careers.
