Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), held talks with Antonis Samaras, prime minister of Greece, in Athens during his recent visit to Greece.
During the meeting, Prince Alwaleed and Samaras discussed the warm friendship between Saudi Arabia and Greece and referred to a number of economic and social issues.
The talks also touched on the latest economic developments.

Samaras commended Prince Alwaleed for his efforts in the business field, describing the prince as one of the largest and most influential global investors.
Prince Alwaleed’s indirect investments in Greece through KHC include Citigroup in the financial sector and Movenpick in the hotel sector, said a press release from the company.
