JEDDAH: A fire broke in Riyadh this afternoon after a small diesel tanker collided with a sport utility vehicle, causing a small explosion and smoke seen across the town. Civil Defense forces were able to tamp down the fire, which involved three more nearby vehicles. One injury was reported.
