Council of Saudi Chambers commends KSA’s progress

The Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) commended the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah for his continuous efforts to contribute toward the development of the Saudi economy.
Speaking on the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the Kingdom’s National Day on Tuesday, Ibrahim bin Mohammed Sabri, deputy chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers, said, “The Kingdom has witnessed massive developments in the political, economic and social arenas under the wise leadership of King Abdullah.”
He added that the people of Saudi Arabia will remain indebted to the king and his government for making it possible for them to live in peace and prosperity.
The Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry is the official federation representing 28 Saudi chambers.
The Council was formed as per the royal decree no. R/6 of March 1980 and has its head office in Riyadh.
The key role of the council is to serve the common interests of the Saudi Chambers, support the development of the private sector and enhance its role in national development. Through the support of the chambers and government authorities, it manages to realize a large portion of its objectives in different fields.
Over 1,000 visitors, guests and dignitaries arrived at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh in an extravaganza of green to celebrate Saudi National Day.
The event was attended by Dr. Walid Al-Hamidi, vice president of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, its marketing director, Nayef Enezi, and dignitaries from the public and private sectors.
