Almarai Company said it now owns the entire share capital of International Pediatric Nutrition Company (IPNC).
This is a joint-venture between Almarai and Mead Johnson.
Further to Almarai announcements on Tadawul dated Dec 8 and Dec. 31 about the restructuring of IPNC, Almarai said all necessary approvals related to this transaction have been received and therefore this transaction has been completed.
