Carrefour opens 14th branch in Riyadh

The Saudi Hypermarkets Company (Carrefour) has inaugurated its 14th Carrefour branch at Al-Yasmin District in Riyadh.
Frederic Levy-Perrault, Carrefour MD for Saudi Arabia, said: “This inauguration comes in line with the company’s expansion plan that consists of implementing the Carrefour concept based on spreading big stores and small stores as well across all regions.
Carrefour aims to cater to all Carrefour customers’ needs and allow them to benefit from lower prices and better choice. Carrefour is also proud to contribute to the Kingdom’s development of healthy food through direct sourcing of Fresh fruits and vegetables in local farms. The supermarket operator is among the leaders in promoting Saudization and recently was awarded by Riyadh Gov. Prince Khaled bin Bandar for Saudization.
The inauguration of the new Carrefour Branch was enthusiastically welcomed by the residents of Al-Yasmin District and the neighborhood areas.
