Nissan is expanding operations in Iraq and Turkey as part of a strategy to enhance its geographic presence in the Middle East. Nissan is also refocusing on Saudi Arabia through a program called “Renew the Bond.”
A new sales department that would include the new markets will be set up in addition to the marketing department.
Samir Cherfan, managing director of Nissan Middle East, said that the sales and marketing innovations would ensure that Nissan can further develop the key elements of its success and raise the bar even higher.
In Saudi Arabia Nissan is undertaking a re-energized customer–focused network based on three key pillars: a quality network of dealers with a KSA-wide presence; the availability of the full range of innovative and exciting models; and the delivery of the Nissan brand experience “innovation that excites”.
