IDB batted first and put on board 137 runs for the loss of 6 wickets off 11.4 overs.
Abdul Rauf Janjonia showed the way and scored a blistering knock of 53 runs, which came off 22 balls. Mohammed Shoib (16) Riyaz Muzamil (13) and Irfan Baig (10) laid the foundation for a big score. Sarfaraz was the most successful bowler with 3 wickets.
In reply Etihad managed 107 runs. Sajid (36) and Shahid (25) tried to make a fight of it.
