Rosewood Corniche in Jeddah has fully geared itself to welcome the guests for iftar and sahoor during the holy month of Ramadan.
Its restaurants are well set to offer different cuisines and special dishes from Arab countries and around.
The hotel claims that its restaurants are the place for enjoying a culinary experience during the festive month.
“After the day-long fasting, people usually opt for light and healthy food, so embrace the elegance of the holy month with friends and loved ones at Habsburg and Noodles restaurants at the hotel. Aside from regular Saudi dishes and traditional Ramadan favorites, there will be a lot more from the Arab world and around,” the hotel management said.
The food at Rosewood is known best for its range of different types of bread, Arabic and continental desserts, live cooking of liver in Arabic style, and exceptional arrangements for those special guests who have some kind of allergies.
Maurizio Panicali, executive chef at Habsburg Restaurant, said: “We kept in mind people like my sister who can’t have cow’s milk in any form of the dessert, and even in bread they have brown bread along with white bread for diabetic and health conscious people.”
He wanted guests to inform the chefs about their diet restrictions and allergies so that special preparations could be made suiting their requirement.
Rosewood Corniche boasts a decor that takes back to the ancient splendor of old Jeddah and memorable flavors of Hijazi cuisine.
The chef detailed the dishes that would be available for Sahoor and made a special mention of a selection of seafood and diverse kinds of roasts, barbeque, salads with dressing, soups, different type of breads, number of desserts, besides samara, mixed grill and Moroccan chicken.
