Al-Rabie builds up motivating work environment

Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Company Ltd. recently organized its annual iftar festival in Riyadh, in the presence of the company's CEO, Al-Sharif Monther Al-Harthi and employees.
Al-Sharif expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the attendees for accepting the invitation, extended Ramadan greetings and wished them acceptable fasting and supplications.
He said: “We used to meet every year in this holy month in an atmosphere of love and intimacy, remembering a full year of giving and efforts dedicated by all of you and living our achievements year after year."
Al-Sharif stressed the organizing of the meeting as an extension of the company's policy that aims at enhancing the communication between its staff, reflecting the interest in the moral aspects, commitment to provide positive work environment, strengthening the company's relations with employees, deepening employees relations at all administrative and cooperative levels and enhancing the liaison values among the company's family.
Al-Sharif highlighted the positive impact of such meetings on improving the working environment and said: “Al-Rabie Company is very keen to support the brotherly relations between all the directors and employees, being one of the company's secrets of prosperity.”
