Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski to celebrate Turkish cuisine at kebab festival

Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski is organizing a Turkish Kebab Festival at the hotel’s signature Ottoman restaurant, Tugra. The opening ceremony was attended by members of several media outlets, in addition to the Turkish ambassador and other notable guests. Festivities will start every day from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. and will continue for a complete week.
A wide range of kebabs prepared with authentic Turkish seasoning along with well-known Turkish traditional dishes will be cooked under the supervision of Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski’s Executive Chef Mesut Ozkan.
Juan Uribe, Kempinski’s general manager, said: “It is our pleasure to present a unique quality and an amazing authentic taste for our guests. The Saudi foodie community is familiar with traditional Turkish dishes, and this will challenge us to raise the bar of our flavors and presentation. We aim to provide the highest quality of service to attain maximum satisfaction.”
He added: “We are pleased to receive feedback from our guests, which we consider to be an integral part of our success. We are honored to have the Turkish ambassador and members of the distinguished media.”
Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski Riyadh consists of 70 floors where 349 guest rooms, apartment and luxurious suites are spread out across 23 of the tower’s floors. It boasts of a wide assortment of international restaurants and cafes.
The Tugra restaurant was named the “Middle Eastern Restaurant of the Year 2016” by the Food and Travel GCC Tourism Awards.
