VIDEO: Crane falls, crushes Audi, driver escapes with just an apparent broken ankle

DUBAI: We have all had some near misses, but luckily few people will have experienced the near miss that this man in China had.
In the video footage a white Audi can be seen on the road, then suddenly, as if from nowhere a crane crashes down on the car, apparently crush the car beneath it.
Anyone watching would be forgiven for thinking there was no hope of survival for anyone inside the car.
But moments after a man’s head can be seen poking up through the debris. Slowly a somewhat dazed man can be seen gradually climbing out, apparently unscathed.
The video has appeared on numerous news websites, with some reporting that the driver was taken to hospital with a broken ankle.
